What is your dream job? Architect
Who was your favorite teacher or administrator during your time at TMHS? What subject did they teach? What made her or him special?
My favorite teacher at TMHS was Mrs. Tupaj. She is such a caring lady and helps her students, especially seniors, to excel in her classes and make sure they know what they’re doing. She teaches business and typing-based classes at TMHS. She makes sure seniors are on the right track for college and helps them with everything they need to get done.
What is something about TMHS that people might not know, but should?
TMHS is such a small school but has so many big opportunities. Most people think a lot of us aren’t going to get into college or accomplish anything since we come from such a small school, but most of us are getting into the same colleges any other kid from any other high school is.
What advice would you give to next year’s ninth grade students coming to TMHS?
Get involved with everything possible. Getting involved will make you new friends and get you going in the right direction to prepare you for graduation and the next step after that.
What makes TMHS special? Why?
What makes TMHS special is the student-to-teacher relationships we form. Since we’re so small we get to know everyone and our staff on basically a first name basis and know mostly everything about each other. You can go to anyone for help with classwork or even personal matters.
Mike’s teachers say…
Academically, Mike is a solid student who is respectful to both his teachers and peers alike. With his participation as a three sport athlete, he provides an excellent model for younger students to follow. His true passion for being a Tourtellotte Tiger can be seen in his school spirit.
